A "Public" user account allows you to log in to the Coordinated Outage
System and view scheduled outages where the outage is scheduled to begin on or before the
end of the month beginning 45 days or less from the current date.
As a "Public" user, you can also request to be automatically notified when
new outages are entered or existing outages are modified.

Utility Users
If you are an employee of a NWPP member utility, the COS administrator for your
utility can assign you a user account that provides you with additional access privileges.
You should NOT sign up here. Contact the COS administrator for your
utility. He/she will be able to set up your user account.
Account Verification
To ensure that you have entered a valid email address, you will be emailed a confirmation
key. You will need to enter this key in addition to your password the first time
you log in to the COS. Once your account has been confirmed, you will no longer need
this confirmation key. |
